Charges:

1. Provide a forum to discuss topics of specific interest to the groups. These include, but are not limited to:

1. Sessions at the annual meeting

2. Breakfast Meetings

3. Interim special meetings

2. Determine if the identified items remain viable or should be superceded by alternate topics

3. The chair or designee of the special interest groups will serve on the Program Committee
