There shall be an Executive Board which shall have and exercise the authority of the Council in the management of the Society between meetings of the Council. The Executive Board shall consist of the President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and three members of the Council. The three Council members shall be nominated by the President and elected for a one-year term by a majority of all members of the Council.
