9th ICEM Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship will be acknowledged at four levels: 

  1. Platinum Level
  2. Gold Level
  3. Contributors
  4. Affiliates.

Platinum Sponsorship Level - Requirements and Benefits

  • Requires contribution in the amount of $10,000 or more.
  • Contributors providing $50,000 or more may choose to co-sponsor the Opening Reception or the Banquet.
  • May select a session or break to sponsor. 
    (Sample listing:  New Technologies in Genetic Toxicology Testing, Sponsored by U.S. Food and Drug Administration)
  • Acknowledgement will be placed on the sign for the session/event, if one is selected.
  • Acknowledgement will be listed under Platinum Sponsorship on all lists and signs containing the complete list of sponsors.
  • Will receive a link from the ICEM website to the sponsor’s website.

Gold Sponsorship Level - Requirements and Benefits

  • Requires contribution in the amount of at least $5,000 and up to $10,000.
  • May select a session or break to co-sponsor. 
    (Sample listing:  New Technologies in Genetic Toxicology Testing, Co-sponsored by U.S. Food and Drug Administration)
  • Acknowledgement will be placed on the sign for the session or break.
  • Acknowledgement will be listed under Gold Sponsorship on all lists and signs containing the complete list of sponsors.
  • Will receive a link from the ICEM website to the sponsor’s website.

Contributors - Requirements and Benefits

  • Contributions in the amount of at least $2,500 and up to $5,000.
  • May select to co-sponsor a beverage break.
  • Acknowledgement will be listed under Contributors on all lists and signs containing the complete list of sponsors.

Affiliates - Requirements and Benefits

  • This category is primarily, but not limited, to acknowledge support from non-profit organizations.  Contributions in any amount up to $2,500.
  • Acknowledgement will be listed under Affiliate Contributors on all lists and signs containing the complete list of sponsors.
  • Non-profit organizations will receive a reciprocal link on the 9th ICEM website.
