1. Overview of BRCA1 and BRCA2: clinical/cancer biology, mouse models,biochemistry, structural biology
2. Oxidative DNA damage and ageing
3. ATR and downstream components in the replication checkpoint (Rad17 complex, 9-1-1 complex, Chk1, etc.
4, Role of gene expression, haplo-insufficiency and genetic variation in the DNA damage response.
