Annual Meeting Registration Information
Registration Information 2010
The registration fee for the EMS 2010 Annual Meeting includes:
- Admission to All Scientific Sessions
- Seven Beverage Breaks
- A Box Lunch on Sunday
- The Saturday Welcoming Reception
- Two Poster Session Receptions
- The Tuesday Banquet
Separate registration is required for the Saturday Workshops and Special Interest Group breakfast meetings.
To register for the Meeting at the member fee, you must be a member. If you would like to become a member of EMS, you may join via the EMS Web site. Membership can be obtained at any time. Register early and save.
AM & PM Workshop Registration
The EMS is offering a combined registration rate for those who are interested in attending both the Saturday AM Workshop on Advancements in Applied Genetic Toxicology and the Saturday PM Workshop on Genotoxicity of Nanomaterials. To obtain the reduced registration rate for both workshops, select the Sat. AM & PM option.
Photography Policy
Annual Meeting registrants grant the EMS permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant, stating otherwise, is submitted to the EMS Headquarters Office prior to the Annual Meeting or while registering on-site.

Free Day for Local Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Host-A-Trainee Program
Give a student or postdoctoral fellow or trainee at your institution the chance to experience the 41st EMS Annual Meeting. Each faculty/advisor with a paid registration to attend the Annual Meeting will have the opportunity to register ONE trainee from their institution at no additional charge. This complimentary registration includes admission to the scientific and poster sessions, session breaks, the Student/New Investigator brunch on Monday, and the annual banquet on Tuesday evening. To be eligible, the trainee must:
- Be currently enrolled in a college, university, or recognized postdoctoral training program;
- Be sponsored by a registered faculty/advisor from their institution;
- Be a current member of the Environmental Mutagen Society; and
- Provide proof of trainee status (enrollment verification or current student schedule at time of registration or letter from faculty/advisor).
Note: Only one trainee per faculty/advisor registration may be registered under the "Host-A-Trainee" program. If you bring more than three trainees, you may receive discounted registration rates for each trainee. Students who wish to attend Special Interest Group (SIG) breakfast/lunch meetings and/or Saturday workshops must pay the associated fees.
Group Trainee Discounts
All faculty/advisors that are registered to attend the 2010 EMS Annual Meeting are eligible to receive reduced registration fees for your trainees if you bring more than three trainees with you to the meeting. Contact the EMS office for the Trainee Discount Registration Form if you are bringing more than three trainees with you to the meeting in Fort Worth, Texas.
