Poster Presentations

Poster sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall. Posters will be displayed two per side of each double-sided poster board. Each poster must be no larger than 4' (1.2m) wide and 4' (1.2m) tall. All posters will be on display starting at 4:30 PM on Sunday and remain up until 11:30 AM on Tuesday. Poster presenters will be assigned to present their research during one of two poster sessions. The formal poster viewing sessions are scheduled on Sunday and Monday from 4:30 PM–6:30 PM. Snacks and beverages will be available during the poster sessions. All posters must be removed immediately after the exhibit hall closes at 11:30 AM on Tuesday. It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to remove the poster. Failure to do so could result in damage to or loss of the unclaimed poster.

Platform Presentation Preparation Instructions

As for all scientific sessions, except Plenary Lectures, the Platform Sessions will be concurrent with other sessions. It is important that you strictly adhere to the times outlined in the program. We have allotted 12 minutes for each presentation, 2 minutes for questions and 1 minute to switch between speakers (total, 15 minutes).
