New Technologies SIG now officially brings together both the Genomics and New Technologies SIG's under one umbrella.  At the annual EMS meeting in Vancouver, 2006, it was discussed that future activities of the SIG would cover emerging technologies including high throughput screening for genotoxicity.   If there are any changes or updates to the pages, content, or directory /contact information please email brinda.mahadevan@spcorp.com

 As we are gearing up to meet in Atlanta for the 2007 annual meeting, we are in the process of organizing speaker(s) who will address some of the challenges in using DNA microarray technology.  Suggestions for improvements in the existing technology including annotation, and analysis across platforms will be presented.  We also request for volunteers to help with the general planning and on-going activities of the SIG.  Those interested in assisting the SIG please don't hesitate to contact Brinda Mahadevan at brinda.mahadevan@spcorp.com
