EMS 2011 Annual Meeting

You are encouraged to make plans early to attend the meeting at the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure in Montréal, Québec, Canada. The EMS conference rates at the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure are as follows.

Standard Room—The spacious rooms with one king bed, one or two queen beds, or two double bed offer a panoramic window that opens for fresh air access, mahogany furniture, Hilton Alarm Clock Radio with MP3 connection, 32 inch television, mini-bar, in-room safe, chair and ottoman, work desk, two-line speaker phones with voicemail, coffeemaker, large working area with wired Internet access connection (complimentary within the EMS room block), iron, ironing board and an ion hair dryer. (You must reserve your room prior to September 22 to secure this rate.) Reserve your room on-line.

Please note that the standard EMS block room rate will not exceed $199 USD, and will not be less than $199 CAD. These rates are applicable during your stay three days prior and three days after the meeting, if rooms are available.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 15%. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel toll free at 800.267.2575 or direct at 514.878.2332 and telling the reservation office that you are an EMS meeting participant, or by reserving a room on-line.

There are steps leading to many of the sleeping rooms at the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure. Persons with special needs should inform the hotel of their needs when making reservations. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NOON.

Internet Access at the Annual Meeting

EMS appreciates how important it is for attendees to stay connected to daily responsibilities in their home locations while attending the meeting. The Hilton Montreal Bonaventure offers complimentary wired Internet access in sleeping rooms for EMS attendees and complimentary Wireless Internet in the lobby area to all their guests staying at the hotel. Please note that this service is not available in the meeting rooms or the meeting room foyers. EMS meeting attendees will have access to the EMS Internet Café during registration hours.
