Sponsorship Opportunities
EMS offers opportunities for corporate support of activities at the Annual Meeting. Please confirm your interest and support before June 30, 2009 to secure your sponsorship for the Annual Meeting.
We invite corporations and organizations to become a financial sponsor of the Annual Meeting. Sponsorship provides an opportunity for recognition before, during, and after the meeting. For more information contact Becca Isakower at (703) 438-8220.
Expanded support opportunities exist through Sustaining Membership.
Support will be recognized based upon the following contribution levels:

In appreciation of Annual Meeting support, EMS will provide participating organizations with the following benefits:
- Acknowledgement in the EMS Annual Meeting Program
- Acknowledgement through Signage at the Annual Meeting
- Acknowledgement through Signage at entrance of the session
- Acknowledgement on Session title slide displayed as attendees enter the room
- Sponsor ribbon for designated meeting attendee
- Acknowledgement on the EMS Web site
- Acknowledgement in the Summer Issue of the EMS Newsletter
- Platinum Level Sponsors will receive one free Annual Meeting Registration
- *Platinum Level Sponsors may provide a give away item for each registrant
An activity may have more than one primary sponsor or contributor. To ensure that you maximize exposure, confirmation of your support is requested by June 30, 2009.

Exhibit space is available during the meeting. Exhibitors who also provide sponsor support will be recognized at the sponsor level that reflects their combined sponsor amount and their exhibit fee. The fee to Exhibit at the meeting is $1,000.
*Platinum Sponsors will also be given the opportunity to provide give away items that will enhance the meeting experience. These items will be distributed by staff at the registration desk as attendees pick up their meeting materials. The following items are recommended registration giveaways: lanyards, notepads, and message pads for the message board, pens, highlighters, and memory sticks. These items need to be approved by the Society and will be available on a first come basis.
