The special EMS conference rate of $169 (USD) for single/double rooms is available
until September 21. All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 15%.
Reservations can be made by (1) calling (888) 421-1442 and telling the reservation
office that you are an EMS meeting participant, or (2) printing the Hotel Registration
form from the EMS website and faxing it to the hotel at (404) 588-4137 or
(3) reserving a room online through the EMS website at www.ems-us.org.
Wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Persons with special needs should inform the hotel when making reservations. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. There are fees associated with checking out late, please discuss any late check out arrangements you might need when making your reservation or when you check into the hotel.
Individuals interested in sharing a room with another attendee may sign-up
for the roommate matching service through EMS Web site.
Requests to share a room should be submitted by July 1. Individuals using this service will be
provided with a list of names with similar housing requirements. Individuals
will be responsible for contacting the potential roommate and making the hotel
reservation. EMS will not be responsible for securing housing for participants
of the roommate matching service. All housing arrangements are the responsibility
of the individual(s).

Hotel Parking
Many EMS Annual Meeting attendees are driving distance from Atlanta. If
you wish to drive to the meeting, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta offers Valet
Parking, they do not offer self parking. Valet Parking is available at
the front entrance of the hotel off of Peachtree Street. The charge for
Valet Parking is $24 per day. The daily fee allows you to come and go
throughout the day.

Internet Access at the Annual Meeting
EMS appreciates how important it is for attendees to stay connected to daily responsibilities in their home locations while attending the meeting. Access to the Internet will be available in the meeting Registration area.
The Hyatt Regency Atlanta offers High-Speed Wireless Internet Access in their guest rooms for $9.95 per 24-hour logon time. They also offer T-Mobile Hotspot Wireless Broadband in the public areas. In order to get the T-Mobile Wireless Internet in the public areas attendees must have a T-Mobile phone with Internet capabilities—if a guest has this then the service is free. For all other guests wireless Internet in the public areas is $9.95 per 24-hour logon time.
