Poster sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall. The poster boards
will be horizontal with 8 ft. (2.4m) wide by 4 ft. (1.2m) tall dimensions. Each
poster board will have two posters, so your presentation must not be
larger than 4 ft. (1.2m) wide X 4 ft. (1.2m) tall. There will be three poster sessions
with specific times that authors are in attendance:
Sunday, October 21, 2007 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
(authors in attendance 4:45 PM–7:00 PM)
Monday, October 22, 2007 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
(authors in attendance 4:45 PM–7:00 PM)
Tuesday, October 23, 2007 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
(authors in attendance 12:00 PM–2:00 PM)
Snacks and beverages will be available during the author attendance times of the poster sessions.
